| Abstract: | According to the configuration and strategy of security and stability second - defense - line of the 2013 Yunnan Power Grid, the paper elaborates possible risks after the second defense line executing. In response to various risk occurrence conditions, it also provides appropriate response measures. This work will play an important role on guiding power grid planning and operation. |
