聚甲基倍半硅氧烷微球的制备

摘    要:以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,通过水解-缩聚两步法合成了聚甲基倍半硅氧烷微球,考察了水解温度、水解反应pH值对聚甲基倍半硅氧烷微球粒径的影响,较佳反应条件为:水解温度5℃,体系pH值4~5。对产物进行红外光谱、粒径分析及微观形貌表征,证实产物为粒径小、分布窄、球形结构完整的硅树脂微球。

Abstract:Polymethylsilsesquioxane was synthesized with methyltrimethoxysilane as a raw material by two-step hydrolysis-condensation.The effects of reaction temperature and pH value on the particle size of the product were investigated.The preferred reaction conditions were as follows:the temperature was 5℃,and the pH value of the system was 4-5.The product was analyzed by infrared spectrum,particle size analysis and micro-morphology,and it was confirmed that the product was silicone resin microsphere,with small particle size,narrow distribution and complete spherical structure.
