摩擦阻尼器对塔器风致振动的减振试验研究

摘    要:横风向振动是引起高耸塔器破坏的原因之一。随着塔器高径比不断增加,高耸塔器防振技术成为近年来重要的研究方向,对塔器的安全运行具有重要意义。设计了一种摩擦阻尼器,以某化工塔为原型建立了小试试验模型。通过小试试验开展了摩擦阻尼器在风致振动下的塔器减振效果研究,并与限位支撑进行了对比分析。结果表明,平行于塔器振动方向的摩擦阻尼器对塔器减振起主要作用,为保证在任意方向的风载荷作用下均可达到减振的目的,应在摩擦阻尼器安装高度处的水平面互相垂直的两个方向上分别布置1~2组摩擦阻尼器。阻尼器与塔器连接处的间隙会减弱摩擦阻尼器的减振效果,因此,在实际工程中应尽量减小该处的间隙。摩擦阻尼器对塔器的减振效果明显优于在同一位置处设置限位支撑。在本文试验范围内,摩擦阻尼器最大可使塔器塔顶振幅降低23.44%。本文研究结果可为摩擦阻尼器在塔器减振工程中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Crosswind vibration is one of the causes of tall tower damage.With the increase of the ratio of height to diameter of the tower,the anti-vibration technology of tower becomes an important research direction in recent years,which is of great significance to the safe operation of tower.In this paper,a kind of friction damper for experiment was designed,and a small experiment model was established based on a chemical tower.The effect of friction damper on tower wind-induced vibration reduction was studied in small-scale experiment,and was compared comparatively with the limit support.The results show that the friction damper parallel to the vibration direction of the tower plays an important role in the vibration reduction of the tower.In order to ensure that the tower can achieve the purpose of vibration reduction under the action of wind load in any direction,1~2 groups of friction dampers should be arranged in two directions perpendicular to each other in the horizontal plane at the installation height of the friction damper;The gap between damper and tower will weaken the effect of the friction damper,which should be minimized in practical engineering.The effect of friction damper on tower is better than that of limit support at the same position.In the experimental range of this paper,the maximum amplitude of tower top can be reduced by 23.44%by the friction damper.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the application of friction damper in tower vibration reduction engineering.
