Al-Li合金挤压织构及其对性能的影响

Extruding texture of Al-Li alloy products and its effects on the properties

The effects of second extruding upon the texture and mechanic properties of Al-Li alloy products have been studied.The results reveal that the Al-Li alloy forms strong <111> and weak <100> texture after axial symmetry extruding,and this decreases the plastic and toughness properties.The <111> texture has been weakened and the synthetic property of the alloy has been improved after second extruding.The forming mechanism and changing reason have been discussed.
