摘    要:系统地论述了三元件向心式液力变矩器内部三维流动计算方法。首先对各叶轮内部流场进行计算,画出其进出口压差与流量关系曲线,找到各叶轮的共同工作点,然后再考虑叶轮之间的影响,通过反复试算,逐步逼近实际工况点,较精确地计算出流场的压力和速度分布,并对性能参数进行预测。此方法以及揭示的压力和速度分布对该类型液力变矩器的设计与改进具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to understand deeply the flow characteristics inside the 3-elements centripetal hydrodynamic torque converter, improve its design method and enhance its efficiency, a 3-dimensional numerical computation method simulating the flow field inside the converter was suggested. At first, the flow field of each impeller was calculated to get the flow rate versus the pressure difference between inlet and exit curves. Next, the concurrent work status of each impeller was estimated. Then, considering the influence between each impeller, the actual work status was approached progressively through iteration. Finally, the relatively precise pressure and velocity distributions of the flow field inside the total converter was achieved, enabling to predict the performance of the converter. The proposed calculation method and calculated pressure and velocity distributions of the flow field inside the converter have the practical significance for design and improvement of the studied type of hydrodynamic torque converter.
