| 摘 要： | 介绍了丙烷离心泵的变速箱设计使用情况,并针对变速箱齿轮失效的情况进行国产化改造.改造后运行期间通过振动检测,并结合齿轮齿面疲劳强度校核分析了两次改造成败的原因,最终确定了齿轮合理的制造精度和齿面硬度,为齿轮增速器平稳运行提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | The use and design of gear box of propane centrifugal were introduced,and localized production of the gear was done according to the failure of the gear.Through vibration testing during the operation,combined with checking gear surface fatigue strength,the reasons for the two modification failures were analyzed,and determined reasonable accuracy and hardness of the gear,which provided a theoretical basis for accelerator smooth running. |
