磨浮新工艺在石墨矿选矿中的应用

摘    要:在石墨矿选矿工艺中,磨浮工艺对浮选结果有极其重大的影响,为了高效利用石墨矿资源,对黑龙江某石墨进行不同磨浮工艺的对比研究。研究结果表明,在粗磨磨矿细度为-0.15mm占60%的条件下,粗精矿三次再磨三次精选后筛分分级出+0.15mm精矿,-0.15mm产品经3次再磨5次精选后获得-0.15mm精矿。+0.15mm精矿产品固定碳含量91.50%,回收率37.60%;-0.15mm精矿产品固定碳含量92.05%,回收率57.13%,合计精矿总定碳回收率94.73%,相比常规流程,精矿预先分离工艺可以有效保护大鳞片石墨,提高资源利用率。

Abstract:Large flake graphite accounts for a large proportion in a graphite mine. In order to utilize resources efficiently, comparative tests of different grinding and flotation processes are carried out. The test results show that compared with the conventional process, the pre separation process of concentrate can effectively protect large flake graphite and improve the utilization rate of resources.
