椭圆形人孔强度和刚度的有限元分析

摘    要:有限元分析显示:椭圆形人孔的各个零件中,强度和刚度最薄弱的零件是法兰;而且椭圆法兰短轴越小,法兰密封面的翘曲程度越严重。法兰盖的强度和刚度问题较小,而且宽度缩小到一定程度,短轴方向的刚度会大幅增强,反而削弱了这种翘曲作用。因此,椭圆形人孔的首要失效形式是法兰密封面刚度失效,其次是强度失效。

Abstract:The finite element analysis shows that the weakest part in intensity and stiffness is the flange among the parts of the elliptical manhole;the shorter the minor axis of the elliptical flange is,the more serious the degree of distortion is. The intensity and stiffness problem of the blind flange is small;furthermore,if its width shrinks to some extent,its stiffness will increase greatly and reduce the warping effect.
