A new type of vertical vacuum heat treatment furnace

The application, the performance and the structure of the furnace are described, and the measuring data, diagram of heat treatment for various types and specifications of the metal material of solid solution, the modified treatment or annealed, as well as the process curves of 1Cr18Ni9Ti pipe are given. There are two kinds of loading modes, e.g stack and hanging. So the furnace is suitable for the heat treatment of the various forms of metal material, especially it is adaptable to the ultra long pipe and bar of metal material.
