机械故障诊断计算机辅助铁谱分析方法研究

摘    要:针对传统的铁谱分析方法主要依靠具有丰富经验的专业人员目测,分析结果客观性差、准确性低等不足,进行了计算机辅助铁谱分析方法研究,开发了铁谱图像智能识别系统.该系统能够快速、准确地对磨屑种类、形状以及粒度进行分析与识别,大大提高了分析的效率和准确性.系统现已应用于南京扬子石化公司,经使用达到了预期的目的,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:The traditional ferrographic analysis method depends on experienced workers,the recognition result is not very objective and accurate.Computer Aided Ferrographic Analysis method was studied and a intellective recognition system was developed.System can fleetly and accurately recognize the variety,shape,and size of debris,greatly improved efficiency and veracity of analysis.The Yangzi petrochemical corporation is now using this system.It turns out that system meets the prospective goals and achieves good eff...
