多电机协调控制的FPGA实现

摘    要:针对多电机协调控制问题,提出一种基于FPGA的双电机协调控制方法。在FPGA芯片上实现单电机矢量控制,使用C++的可视化库Qt和交叉耦合协调算法构建协调控制平台,通过人机交互界面将协调后的转速指令通过UART接口发送到FPGA上,控制两个电机同步运行。测试实验结果证明基于FPGA的多电机协调控制具有良好的动态响应。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of multi-motor coordinated control, a dual-motor coordinated control method based on FPGA was proposed. Single-motor vector control was implemented on the FPGA chip. The C ++ visual library Qt and cross-coupling coordination algorithm were used to construct the coordinated control platform.The coordinated speed command was sent to the FPGA through the UART interface through the human-computer interaction,controlling the two motors to run synchronously. The experimental results show that the multi-motor coordinated control based on FPGA has a good dynamic response.
