塔式起重机变幅机构的模糊优化设计

摘    要:以塔式起重机变幅机构中蜗轮齿冠体积最小为优化目标,建立了模糊优化设计的数学模型。由于传统的优化方法存在着求解过程复杂和寻优过程容易陷入局部最优解的问题,故应用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱寻求问题最优解,使求解过程得到简化,能可靠地获得全局最优解。

Abstract:The fuzzy optimization mathematical model is built with the optimization target of minimizing the volume of tooth corona of worm gear in luffing mechanism of tower crane. Considering there exists such problems with traditional optimization method that solving process is complicated and only local optimum solution is acquired, Genetic Algorithm and Direct Search Toolbox of MATLAB software is adopted to solve the optimization model and optimization process is simplified and global optimum solution is found.
