卟啉原氧化

摘    要:报字用在苯或标准电位为0.235~0.36V的无机氧化剂对卟啉原的氧化作用。铁氰化钾、氯化亚汞、亚砷酸能将卟啉原氧化成卟啉,而铜盐、钒氧乙酰丙酮则直接将卟啉原氧化为相应的铜卟啉或钒氧卟啉。实验结果表明,选择适当溶剂可使目标化合物的收率达到35%~58%,同时ET(30)与沸点是选择溶剂的重要参数。

Oxidation of porphyrinogen
Abstract:The effect of oxidizing agent such as nitrobenzene,inorganic oxidizing agent with standard electrode potential in the 0.25~0.36V range on the synthesis of porphyrin has been studied. It is known that potassium ferricyanide,arsenious acid and mercurous chloride can oxidize porphyrinogen to porphyrin. However,cupric and vanadyl acetylacetone can directly turn porphyrinogen into cupricporphyrin and vanadylporphyrin. The experimental results show that yields of the title compounds are improved by choosing the right solvent. Moreover,boiling point and E T(30) of solvent are useful parameters in the selection of the solvent.
