| 摘 要： | 围绕配网地理信息系统(GIS)图形数据采集更新技术进行研究,提出利用GPS技术作为空间定位技术,与掌上电脑(PDA)相结合,开发移动GIS的技术方案.该方案成功解决了泰州配网GIS建设过程中的图形数据更新问题,可以作为其他地区配网GIS建设的规划设计参考.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the new technique about the GIS data collection and updating in Electric Distribution Network GIS is studied.Using GPS as positioning technology and combined with PDA,a new GIS solution of remote data collection in Electric Distribution Network GIS is proposed.This solution is very successful in solving the graph data updating problems in the construction of Taizhou Electric Distribution Network GIS,and can be used as a reference in the plan and design of other cities' Electric Distribution Network GIS. |
