| 摘 要： | 本文在分析坐标测量机研究现状的基础上，提出坐标测量机快速原型虚拟逼真设计，并重点讨论：（１）虚拟原型和计算机仿真在坐标测量机设计方面的应用；（２）虚拟原型和计算机仿真结合物理试验在坐标测量机误差补偿方面的应用，提出虚拟闭环误差补偿。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the state of the art of researches on coordinate measuring machines(CMMs),rapid virtual design based on virtual prototyping simulation for CMMs is put forward in this paper.The focuses are concentrated on two aspects:(1)the design of CMMs based on virtual prototyping and computer simulation;(2)error compensation for static,dynamic and thermal errors based on virtual prototyping,computer simulation and physical experiments,where virtual error compensation is presented. |
