| 摘 要： | 采用多种选择性培养基进行了异养硝化菌株的筛选,对其生长特性和培养条件进行了研究.随后,又对异养硝化菌强化活性污泥对城市生活污水的处理效果进行了中试研究.试验证明,异养硝化菌能够提高传统污水生物处理的脱氮效率,并有较好的生物絮凝效果,出水氨氮基本监测不出,总氮去除率达80%以上,大大提高了出水水质.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the heterotrophic nitrification bacteria are screened by selective incubation media,and then,the growth feature and culture condition of the bacteria have been experimented.Later,more experiments to be done to see the effect of nitrogen removal using active sludge technics strengthen by heterotrophic nitrification bacteria.The result shows that this method can improve the efficiency of nitrogen removal and the quality of yielding water.NH4 -N removal of the water are 100% and the total N removal are over 80%. |
