文明寨油田明一块防砂工艺技术

摘    要:针对文明寨油田明一块油层井段长、含水高、地层压力低、细砂较多等状况、制定采用了井筒防砂为主,地层防砂为辅的防砂治理原则。通过“解”、“稳”、“防”、“排”等技术手段,2003~2005年现场机械防砂156井次,化学防砂56井次,平均原油含砂量有0.33%下降到0.12%,单井日增油0.9t,泵效由防砂前的38.3%,上升到45.7%,检泵周期由75d,延长到351d,投入产出达1:2.8。

Abstract:According to the problems that thick reservoir span, high water content, low pressure, many fine sand in Ming 1 block of Wenmingzai oilfield, the sand control measures were set down, i.e. mechanical sand control is main measure and chemical sand control is assistant measure. From 2003 to 2005, mechanical sand control has been carried out 156 times and chemical sand control been carried out 56 times. Sand content is decreased from 0.33 percent to 0.12 percent, the oil production increases by 0.9 ton one day, pump efficiency is increased from 38.3 percent to 45.7 percent, pump detection period is prolonged from 75 days to 351 days. The input-output ratio is up to 1:2.8.
