摘    要:研制了一种半轴齿轮径向及端面跳动在线自动检测系统。该系统由机械装置和控制系统等组成,机械装置自动完成被测工件的上料、预定位、检测、剔除及下料;控制系统由PLC完成工作过程控制,由工控机实现跳动检测和数据处理,工控机软件基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件开发系统完成。实验结果表明,该系统测量精度为±3μm,测量效率为10s/套。该跳动测量系统精度高,测量速度快,实现了无人在线检测,满足半轴齿轮生产线中径向及端面自动检测的要求。

An Online Measurement System for the Radial and Face Runouts of Axle Gears Based on LabVIEW
Abstract:An online automatic measurement system for the measurement of radial and face runouts of axle gears is presented, which consists of mechanism and control system. According to the measuring principle, the mechanism can automatically implement measurement procedure including up and down the axle gear and preliminary positioning of the measured workpiece, detection, striking out. Movement procedure control is accomplished by a PLC, while runout measurement and data processing are done by industrial personal computer (IPC). Based on virtual instrument technique, the software has been programmed based on LabVIEW. Experimental results show that the measuring accuracy of the system is ±3μm, and its efficiency is 10 s/set. The developed system, with higher accuracy and speediness and also without operator, can satisfy the requirement of the radial and face runout automatic measurement in the automatic assembly-line for the axle gear.
