石墨的浮选动力学模型及浮选行为研究

摘    要:用经典的动力学数学模型对阿姆滩矿区某微晶质细鳞片石墨浮选试验进行拟合及误差分析。拟合结果表明:该浮选试验过程适合用经典动力学一级模型描述。结合浮选速率k和回收率ε确定最佳的石墨浮选药剂制度。试验结果表明:调整剂、捕收剂、起泡剂用量的增加均有利于浮选过程浮选速率常数k的提高,抑制剂用量增加则会起到相反的作用。最终确定石墨浮选过程的药剂用量分别为:调整剂石灰用量1000 g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量500 g/t、捕收剂煤油用量200 g/t、起泡剂2号油用量60 g/t。

Flotation Dynamics Models and Flotation Behaviors of Graphite
Abstract:The experimental data of lfotation test for a micro ifne crystalline lfake graphite from Eminem beach area, were iftted by a kinetic mathematic model. The iftting results showed that this lfotation test was suitable for classical dynamics ifrst-level model. Determining the best reagents system of graphite lfotation by combining with lfotation ratek and recoveryε. The experiment result showed that it was beneifcial for increase of lfotation rate constantk with the increase of the dosage of adjust agent, collecting agent and foaming agent. However, the increase of inhibitor agent would have the opposite effect. Eventually, we determine the reagents dosage of graphite lfotation process, respectively, dosage of lime as the modifying agent is 1000 g/t, dosage of sodium silicate as the depressant is 500 g/t, dosage of kerosene as the collecting agent is 200 g/t, dosage of No.2 oil as the foaming agent is 60 g/t.
