| Abstract: | This poper limits the main contents of whole environment protection for famous history-culture city,describes the relationship between whole protection and alteration and development, And it provides the conceptions about the protections of zoology system and natural appearance. It is concluded that "human is essence" is the top rhythm of protection history-culture city. |
