以小麦为原料的乙醇生产方法

摘    要:介绍了采用常规方法制备全磨小麦生产乙醇的新工艺——无喷射工艺。由于新工艺中整个加工过程的温度不会超过小麦的糊化温度,因而较好地解决了传统工艺生产小麦乙醇时的诸多问题。研究表明,采用无喷射新工艺,乙醇的产率会略高于传统工艺。此外,文中还对发酵醪液进行了GC-MS分析,证明无喷射新工艺的发酵产物杂质少于传统工艺。

Abstract:In this study, whole ground wheat was used to prepare ethanol from conventional process as well as a new approach, nonjet cooking process. The major obstacle for conventional process was easily overcome in the new way, as the temperature was never high to make the mash very viscous. More importantly, ethanol yield of new process was also found to be a bit higher than that of conventional. In addition, GC - MS was used to compare the fermentation broths, and showed that the new process gave less impurities.
