基于ANSYS的滚针轴承的有限元分析

摘    要:基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了滚针轴承的三维有限元模型,以典型的径向载荷和边界条件为例,对其进行静力学接触分析,得出了轴承承载过程中的应力和变形趋势及接触应力的变化规律,空心轴和轴承外圈在径向方向上的最大等效应力并非出现在接触表面,而是分别出现在距接触表面0.256mm和0.268mm处.

Abstract:A three-dimensional model is first established for needle bearings using such an FEA .software as ANSYS^TM. Afterwards, the static mechanical contacting analysis is specifically conducted based on radial loads and boundary conditions. Then, the stress and deformation trends, together with contacting stress changes, are acquired for needle bearings in the loading process. Eventually, the equivalently maximal tresses on the hollow shaft and bearing outer ring are produced with 0. 256 mm and 0. 268 mm displacement from contacting surface, respectively.
