| Abstract: | The thesis makes an analysis of the situation of the management of the engineering project in our country,and expatiates on the feasibility of the management model of EPC(Economic and Planning Council),analyzes the features of the EPC model as well as the implementing requirement,besides that,the main work related to the pilot-stripping at the initial stages has been pointed,which fatherly improves the management model of EPC. |
