摘    要:本文提出了一种对具有大延迟特性的热工过程的改进PI控制,这种控制器实际是Smith预估控制的一个特例。但在设计这种控制器之前,可以不对过程的数学模型有个精确了解,控制参数也可以象PI控制器的参数一样通过现场运行进行调整,具有广泛应用于过程控制的潜力。

Abstract:The author has proposed an improved PI controller of thermotechnical processes with substantial time delay characteristics. The controller virtually constitutes a specific example of Smith forecast control. However, prior to the design of such a controller, it is not necessary to have a precise understaning of the mathematical model of the processes. The control parameters can also be adjusted on the basis of on-site operation results just like those of the PI controller. The said controller has significant potential for widespread applications in process control.
