继中小户型成为市场的主流户型之后,设计师开始思索如何在居住舒适度方面对中小户型的设计进行提升。文章通过探讨Loft空间的特点,对其空间设计手法在中小户型住宅设计中应用的可行性进行论证,希望能借鉴Loft空间的设计手法,将其运用在中小户型的设计当中,为中小户型的设计提供一种全新的思路。

Loft Space and the Design of Small and Medium-Sized Dwelling Unit

Since the small and medium-sized dwelling unit has become the mainstream of the market,the designers begin to think about the ways in improving the dwelling comfort of the small and medium-sized unit. In this paper,by exploring the characteristics of loft space,the author tries to prove that the design style of loft is applicable to that of the mall and medium-sized unit. The author also hopes this paper may provide a new way for the design of the small and medium-sized dwelling unit.
