| 摘 要： | 在工程具体实施过程中,经常会出现超出合同范围的工作内容,承包商应要求业主追加工程费用,发生索赔。本文主要讨论了承包商在施工中发生索赔应如何应对,并对索赔技巧进行了深入探讨,承包商应采用双方都能接受的方法进行索赔,把握索赔时机,特别是承包商应采用更为克制和理性的方法进行索赔,以便施工企业能获得更大的效益。
