| 摘 要： | 陕西华电蒲城发电公司一期工程2台电动给水泵运行不稳定,机械密封频繁泄漏,直接影响到机组负荷与安全经济运行.分析了电动给水泵机械密封泄漏的原因,认为安装不良是造成给水泵机械密封泄漏的原因之一;根据检修实践经验,指出了电动给水泵机械密封检修中存在的误区及运行维护中应注意的问题.

| Abstract: | The unstable operation and the mechanical seal frequent leakage of two motor-driven feedwater pumps in Shaanxi Huadian Pucheng first phase project directly affect the load as well as safe and economy operation. The mechanical seal leakage reason of motor-driven feedwater pump is analyzed, it is discovered that the unqualified installation is one of the reasons to cause the mechanical seal leakage. The errors existed in maintenance of mechanical seal and the cautions in operation and maintenance are pointed out. |
