闪蒸釜的检验与安全性分析

对两个在 60年代自行设计的、制造质量低劣、原始资料不全且运行时间已达 2 9年的闪蒸釜进行全面检测和安全分析。通过检验和安全分析结果表明 :虽然该釜长期在恶劣条件下使用 ,并且存在严重的质量问题 ,但釜的材质未劣化 ,对釜的剩余寿命进行了估算 ,在现有的操作条件下能够满足使用要求 ,进而对其今后的安全运行做出科学的评价

Testing and Safety Analysis for the Flash Tanks

The overall testing and safety analysis have been done for the two flash tanks that are self-designed, and with poor quality. Safety analysis indicates that the nature of them have not been getting bad, although they have been used for 29 years under poor conditions, and with low quality problem shows that evaluating the remaining life-span of them, they can still meet the requirement if to be used under existing operation conditions, further more, scientific principles of security to use them in the future has been made.
