自动抄表系统的设计

自动抄表系统以准确计量、抗干扰能力强、节省大量人力资源等优点得到了电力部门的普遍重视。但自动抄表系统目前还不是很成熟,市场上出现的产品还存在不少缺点。本文对自动抄表系统原理进行研究,深入介绍了电能采集、传输、接收及显示的过程,实现了无线抄表的目的。本文以凌阳单片机为控制核心,其具有功能强大、功耗低、运算速度快等优点,同时内部又具有32K的Flash,使系统结构紧凑、灵活。本文采用DS1302作为系统时钟芯片,为系统采集电能提供了准确的时间信息,另外,先进的电能采集芯片CS5460A,可以对电压、功率、电能等进行测量和计算。同时采用无线收发模块nRF2401A对数据进行无线收发,在微处理器的控制下对数据进行处理后向上级系统发送,实现了采集终端和控制终端之间的短距离无线通信。最后,终端电表数据存储在上位机数据库服务器,配有专门的系统软件,具有自动抄表,数据处理,信息分析及统计等功能。

Automatic meter reading system to accurate measurement,strong anti-jamming capability,saves the massive human resources advantages to get the universal attention of electricity department.But the automatic meter reading system is still not very mature,appear on the market the product there are still quite a few shortcomings.In this paper the principle of automatic meter reading system,further study introduced electricity collection,transmission,receiving and display process,realized wireless meter reading purpose.Based on single-chip sunplus as control core,it has powerful,low power consumption,the operation is fast,at the same time interior and advantages of 32K Flash,make with compact structure and flexible.System This paper adopts DS1302 as a system clock chip,for system collection provides accurate time power,in addition,advanced information collected CS5460A power of voltage,chip,power,power was measured and calculated.Meanwhile nRF2401A by wireless transceiver module of data in microprocessor,wireless transceiver under the control of the processing of data sent to the superior system after,realized the acquisition terminal and control terminals short-range wireless communication between.Finally,terminal electric meter data storage in PC database server,have a special system software,with automatic meter reading,data processing,information analysis and statistics,and other functions.
