乙烯化工废水处理回用工程设计

摘    要:
中石化茂名乙烯厂目前废水处理量约为1 000 m3/h,处理出水综合合格率连续多年达100%.为实现节水减排的目标,对出水进行适度处理后回用为循环水的补充水,以进一步提高水的重复利用率.对二级生化处理出水采用内循环BAF/高效纤维过滤器工艺进行处理,充分利用现有构筑物和设施进行了技术改造.实际运行表明,出水水质达到了设计标准,并已回用为循环水的补充水.
