| 摘 要： | 矿用大型固定设备是煤矿重要的机电装备，确保大型设备的安全运行是煤矿机电和安全管理的重要一环。本文介绍了我们开发的基于工业以太网的矿用大型设备安全运行监测预警系统，本系统实现了各分站大型固定设备监测数据网、语音网、视频图像网三网合一，建立起了矿井大型固定设备的安全监测预警系统，为煤矿大型固定设备的安全可靠运行提供了保障，提升了矿井的机电和安全管理水平。

| Abstract: | Mine-used big scale fixed equipments are important electromechanical device in coal mine, guaranteeing the safe operation of these big scale equipment is the key of safe management in coal mine. The paper introduced the developed system for monitoring and prewarning the safe operation of the mine-used big scale equipment on the basis of industry Ethernet, by which the integration of monitoring data net, voice net and video image net of each substation came true, thus the system for monitoring and prewarning the safe operation of mine-used big scale fixed equipment was established, which offers the guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of big scale fixed equipment in coal mine, moreover, the electromechanical management and safety management enhance. |
