钢表面化学镀镍工艺的研究

摘    要:主要研究了钢材表面化学镀镍的工艺配方。为了得到一个沉积速度快、镀层外观光亮、与基体结合力好、硬度高等良好性能的化学镀液成分,在参考有关镀液组成研究的基础上,分析了各成份和工艺条件对沉积速度等性能的影响,利用正交试验优选出一种较好的镀液配方,并对所得到的化学镀镍层采用金相显微镜、显微硬度计等显微分析仪器进行了外观、硬度、厚度等方面的性能测试,对所得到的数据进行了分析,在分析工艺配方对镀层性能的影响时,着重分析了工艺配方对化学镀镍沉积速度的影响。

Abstract:This paper studied the craft formula of chemical Ni-plating on steel. In order to get a better craft formulation on deposit speed, appearance and rigidity, referenced the former craft formula, analyzed each composition and the craft condition to sink the influence of accumulate the speed. A good craft formulation was proposed by the optimization experiment,and the external appearance of the layer, degree of hardness, thickness and sink to accumulate the speed was tested by the gold mutually microscope and the minute details of hardness to account etc. Under analyzing the influence on craft formulation, the craft formulation towards plating the influence was emphasized.
