磨料浆体射流切割技术的研究

摘    要:针对国外磨料浆体射流切割技术在我国推广和应用的瓶颈问题,研制出一种新型的磨料浆体射流切割工艺设备。介绍了系统的工作原理及优势所在,并通过一系列试验及分析,初步掌握了该种切割技术的切割性能及影响因素。

Abstract:Aimed at the bottleneck problem in the spread and application of the abrasive suspension jet technology from abroad,a new technical equipment of abrasive suspension jet cutting was developed.The system work principle and its advantages were introduced,and the primary cutting performance and influence factors about this technology were studied by a series of tests.
