摘    要:研究了利用液体渗硼对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢进行表面强化,并研究确定了最佳工艺。结果表明,钢经渗硼处理后,其表面形成了Fe2B相,硬度高达HV1450大大提高了耐磨性,同时钢的基体为败类氏体组织保证了钢的无磁性。实践证明,模具的使用寿命提高了3倍。

Abstract:Surface hardening of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel dies by liquid borating is investigated and the optimized processing parameters for borating have been obtained. It was showed that there was a Fe2B layer on the hardened surface of the dies and the hardness of the surface was up to Hvl450, and wear-resistance was greatly improved. The matrix mi-crostructure was austemite so that non-magnetic property was assured. The application of the dies showed that the service life after the borating was increased by three times.
