摘    要:以钛铁矿为原料,在等离子体和微波场的分步作用下,制得了纳米碳管,碳化钛复合粉体材料.通过研究纳米碳管的等离子体生长工艺和微波强制碳化工艺,得出了合理的制备条件:制备纳米碳管的条件为微波功率550W,腔体内压强5kPa左右,CH_4流量2.3mL·min~(-1),H_2流量45mL·min~(-1),处理时间40min.强制碳化处理阶段,微波功率900W,时间20min.结果表明,纳米碳管/碳化钛复合镀层具有较高的硬度和较小的摩擦系数.

Abstract:Using ilmenite as raw material, CNTs/TiC composite was prepared in microwave plasma and microwave field. The main purpose of this study was to explore a new method for rational utilization of ilmenite. The proper processing conditions for preparation of CNTs is obtained by studying effect of microwave power and chamber pressure on formation of CNTs. The synthesis condition of CNTs/TiC composite was also discussed. The optimum process parameters for preparation of CNTs are microwave power of 550W, chamber pressure of 5kPa, and treating time of 40 min, with flow rates of CH_4 and H2 being 2.3mL·min~(-1) and 45mL·min~(-1), respectively. After formation of CNTs, forced carbonization is conducted with microwave power of 900W for 20min to synthesize CNTs/TiC composite powder. The results show that CNTs/TiC composite coatingon iron exhibits higher hardness and lower friction coefficient.
