传统建材墙体存在诸如不够环保节能、易开裂、密度大等弊端,因此应大力提倡使用轻质、高强、保温、隔热、整体预制化、施工方便快捷的新型墙体材料.阐述了先安装石膏板填充墙,然后浇筑柱、梁、楼板混凝土的施工工艺及石膏板墙在框架剪力墙结构中各个节点的构造措施,达到墙体材料高效节能、减轻墙体自重、减少填充墙体开裂、提高墙体质量的目的.

Application of New Gypsum Wallboard in the Frame-Wall Structure

The traditional walling materials exist many advantages such as the deficiency of environmental protection and energy-saving,being crackable,and big bulk density,therefore it should be promoted to new type wall materials with the properties of lightweight,high-strength,insulation work,integrated prefabrication,and constructional convenience.This paper describes the construction technology to install gypsum board walls and following by pouring columns,beams,concrete floor as well as the nodes treatment of plaster wallboard in frame-shear wall structure.Both are helpful to achieve the purpose of highly efficient energy-saving,reduce deadweight and wall cracking,and consequently improve the integral wall quality.
