四烧消石灰矿槽粉尘治理

载有消石灰的罐式汽车通过气力输送方式将消石灰(烧结原料)送至消石灰矿槽，排气中飞扬的粉尘原简易袋式除尘器无法很好的净化。经分析，造成除尘效果不好的主要原因是吹灰时消灰槽内形成的正压未能得到有效消除，致使大量消石灰从仓顶防爆阀和泄压阀等处泄漏，严重污染环境，通过有针对性的改造，消石灰外逸现象已经完全消除，消灰槽粉尘治理达到了预期效果。

Control on Lime Powder out of Slaked Lime Reservoir in No.4 Sintering Shop

The tank car carrying the slaked lime used to transfer the slaked lime (raw material for sintering)to the slaked lime reservoir pneumatically.In the process the flying dust in the air can hardly be eliminated by the simply made bag type dust collector.Analysis indicates that the poor results of dust collection is mainly caused by the fact that the positive pressure generating in the reservoir in the process of dust blowing couldn't be effectively relieved and as the result a large quantity of the slaked lime leaked out of the explosion valve and relief valve on the reservoir and thus the environment was seriously contaminated.Up-to-date the leakage of the slaked lime has been completely comtrolled and the expected result for dust control in the slaked lime reservoir realized.
