酸性红S—JL的合成研究

摘    要:4-氯-2-基苯酚重氮化后,分别与1-(4’-磺酸基)苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮和1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮偶合,得到偶氮物Ⅰ和偶氮物Ⅱ;偶氮物Ⅰ和氧化铬反应得到络合物Ⅲ;络合物Ⅲ再与偶氮物Ⅱ在碱性条件下反应得到红色不对称金属络合染料(酸性红S-JL).本文介绍了该染料的化学结构及合成方法。

Abstract:Acid Red S-JL was synthesized .After the diazotization of 2-amino-4-chlorophenol,the product coupled with 1-(4'-Sulfophenyl)-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone and 1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone yielding azo compoundⅠ and Ⅱ respectively .Azo compound Ⅰ reacted with chromium trioxide gaining metallined compound Ⅲ. The asymmetric metalline dye Acid Red S-JL was obtained by the reaction of the compound Ⅲ with the compound Ⅱ in alkalescent condition. This essay introduced the molecular structure and synthetic route of the dyestuff.
