工程车辆ROPS动态仿真与试验研究

摘    要:提出了基于整车的ROPS动态仿真建模方法和滚翻试验方法;以轮式装载机模型在倾角为30°的硬斜坡滚翻工况为例,进行了ROPS仿真结果和试验结果对比,验证了建模方法的合理性;揭示了碰撞过程中ROPS的冲击力、变形和能量吸收规律。

Research of roll-over dynamic simulation and test of engineering vehicle ROPS
Abstract:ROPS dynamic simulation modeling method and roll-over test method based on the whole vehicle were presented.Taking the model ROPS of wheel loader′s rolling at a 30° slope as an example,the simulation results and the laboratory results were compared.The results show that the modeling method is reasonable,and the impact force,plastic hinge and the discipline of energy absorption in the process of collision and roll-over were given.
