| 摘 要： | 在金川二矿废石胶结充填系统中,料浆搅拌的均匀性直接影响充填料浆的管输稳定性、井下料浆的流动性、井下充填体的强度等方面。研究通过试验,在前期试验得出的料浆浓度、废石尾砂比的条件下,分析搅拌线速度及搅拌时间对料浆均匀性的影响,并得出适用于矿山的搅拌制度。

| Abstract: | In the system of waste rock-cemented filling in the second mine of Jinchuan,stability of pipeline transportation,slurry flow,the strength of backfill is influenced by stirring uniformity of the slurry directly.In this paper,the impact of the stirring linear velocity and time on the stirring uniformity is analyzed in the process of test under the condition of pre-test provided slurry concentration and ratio of waste rock-tailings.We can obtain a right stirring system for the mine. |
