高架桥梁应变检测分析仪的研制

摘    要:为了精确测量高架桥梁的应变量,用一种以新型金属应变片作为敏感元件,用Cygnal F020单片机作为智能测控部件,研制出桥梁应变检测分析仪.该仪器小型轻便,操作界面友好,检测精确可达0.01.既可单机使用,本机显示和打印测量结果;又可通过USB接口与笔记本电脑(PC机)配合使用,显示、打印和分析测量结果.

Abstract:The paper introduces to us a strain-gauging the strain of viaducts. In this apparatus, a new metal apparatus on the bridge, which can precisely measure strain plate is used as the sense organ and the Cygnal F020 single chip microcomputer is used as an intelligent part. The apparatus is small and portable,and has friendly operational interface and high precision to 0. 01. It can not only work alone, but also operate with a notebook or a personal computer by the USB adapter to display, print and analyze the gauging result.
