摘    要:金属辐射冷板的供冷能力和表面温度是冷板设计和运行的关键参数.建立了蛇形辐射冷板的稳态传热数学模型,分析了冷板供水量、供水温度、室内空气温度、非供冷壁面温度等运行参数对金属辐射冷板供冷能力和表面温度分布的影响规律.结果表明:供水量增加,管内水流速增大以及水温降低,冷板供冷能力将提高.但综合考虑水路阻力损失和冷板表面结露等问题,建议取管内流速0.3m/s,供水温度不低于16℃;室温和非供冷壁面温度升高,冷板供冷能力亦增大,表明冷板有自调节能力,当冷负荷变化较小可不考虑调节冷板的供冷参数.

Abstract:Cooling capacity and surface temperature are important parameters in a metal radiant cooling panel system design and operation. Therefore, a steady state mathematical model was developed for a serpentine type chilled ceiling panel.
