| 摘 要： | 以卷板机为研究对象,围绕CAD/CAE相关技术理论,对卷板机建模、装配、运动仿真、干涉分析及工程图的生成等方面进行了探讨和研究.阐明了利用CAD/CAE 技术和相关软件,不仅可以对卷板机进行结构设计、分析,而且可以对卷板机的加工过程进行运动仿真分析,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本,提高设计质量.

| Abstract: | Based on CAD/CAE,studies the roll-bending machine.Emphatically researches and studied modeling,assembling,motions,simulation,interference detection,the management and creating of engineering drawings etc.Based on the CAD/CAE technology and related softwares,summarizes the general application form of CAD/CAE on roll-bending machine design at the aspects of structure design,structure analysis and forming simulation,reduces labor intensity and improves the efficience and quality. |
