| Abstract: | We first analyze the present status of electronic police (EP) systems and their existing problems. Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of current systems we have designed and realized an EP system based on embedded video capture. We also introduce the mechanism of our scheme and it's excellence. Finally a more advanced scheme is put forward. |
