提水式泵站农业灌溉用水全智能化计量系统研究

摘    要:农业灌溉用水实现低成本智能化的计量一直是业内尚待解决的难题。针对提水式泵站,提出了电-水转换计量法,并设计了一种基于NB-IoT的农业灌溉用水全智能化计量系统。系统重要组成部分包括:基于NB-IoT的感知与计量前置终端、基于改进粒子群的电-水转化算法、基于B/S架构的后台管理系统和手机移动端APP系统。系统应用了嵌入式技术、物联网通信技术及电-水转换的算法。该系统与现有的基于流量传感器的智能监测与计量相比具有更高的性价比,目前已经在推广应用。

Fully Intelligent Measurement System for Agricultural Irrigation Water of Pumping Station
Abstract:The low-cost and intelligent measurement of agricultural irrigation water has always been a problem to be solved in the industry.An electric-water conversion measurement method is proposed for pumping stations,and a fully intelligent measurement system for agricultural irrigation water based on NB-IoT is designed.The important components of the system include:NB-IoT-based sensing and metering pre-terminal,improved particle swarm optimization-based electricity-water conversion algorithm,B/S-based background management system and mobile phone APP system.The system uses embedded technology,Internet of Things communication technology and electricity-water conversion algorithm.Compared with the existing intelligent monitoring and measurement system based on flow sensors,the system has a higher cost performance ratio and has been widely applied.
