摘    要:针对武钢四炼钢系统烟气洗涤水处理系统和净环系统水量不平衡及水质存在问题的现状,从工艺设计和实际运行状况多方面查找原因,制定相应的对策措施并实施,确保两个系统水量平衡,水质稳定。

Abstract:In the light of the problems of unbalanced water quantity in the fume rinsing water disposal system and the clean circulating water system and water quality of the steel-making system of No.4 Steelworks of Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group) Corp,the causes were checked from process design and practical running state.The relevant measures were made out and implemented to ensure balanced water quantity and stable water quality of the two systems
