高炉采用密闭循环冷却水技术的节水研究

摘    要:对比了包钢密闭式与敞开式高炉循环冷却水系统工艺、循环水量、补水量的差别,介绍了投产以来的水质管理过程。通过两次挂片试验证明采用现阶段提出的水质管理指标,能保证循环水系统水质稳定。密闭式同敞开式系统相比,年节水171.36万m3,年节电750.69万元,同时提高了水的重复利用率循环率。
