摘    要:采用高温固相法合成了锂离子电池负极材料Li4-xAlxTi5O12(x=0、0.05、0.10、0.15或0.20)。用XRD、SEM、循环伏安、电化学阻抗谱和恒流充放电测试,研究了产物的晶体结构和电化学性能。制备的Li4-xAlxTi5O12具有良好的尖晶石结构,其中Li3.90Al0.10Ti5O12的电化学性能较好,以0.5C循环的首次放电比容量为162.21mAh/g,第50次循环的放电比容量为151.91mAh/g,容量保持率为93.65%。

Abstract:Li-ion battery cathode materials Li4-xAlxTi5O12(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15 or 0.20)were synthesized by high temperature solid-state method.The crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the products were studied by XRD,SEM,cyclic voltammetry ,electrochemical impedance spectroecopy and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The prepared Li4-xAlxTi5O12 had fine spinel structure ,Li3.90Al0.10Ti5O12 had better electrochemical performance, its initial specific discharge capacity of 0.5 C cycle was 162.21 mAh/g,the specific discharge capacity at the 50th cycle was 151.91 mAh/g,the capacity retention was 93.65%.
