厦门海峡交流中心钢结构施工技术

摘    要:厦门海峡交流中心为国内超高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土钢框架、现浇混凝土剪力墙核心筒混合结构。针对其外筒钢柱截面大、分段数量多、现场焊接作业量大、测量精度要求高、安装场地狭小、施工难度大等施工难点,选用2台高性能大吨位塔吊做吊装设备,先进行核心筒施工,对施工平面进行分区,合理安排构件进场,科学配置资源。通过采用先进的施工技术和工艺,完善的安全质量管理体系,有效解决了施工进度、质量、安全等问题。

Abstract:Xiamen Strait Exchange Center ia a concrete filled steel tubular column frame-cast on site concrete shear wall core tube structure. It was difficult to do its construction because of large section and highly segmented steel columns, a large quantity of weldings, high measuring accuracy requirement and narrow installation site. The construction progress, quality and safety problems had been solved effectively, and the successful construction of the project were ensured by selecting two high-performance and high capacity cranes, the inner tube construction ahead, arranging component access to the site rationally according to the plane partition, allocating resources scientifically, and establishing a sound safety and quality management system.
