镀锌处理对高强螺栓扭矩系数和抗滑移系数的影响

摘    要:高强螺栓设计中,扭矩系数和抗滑移系数是2个重要的参数,相关规范中对其取值及使用都有明确规定.输变电工程中的钢结构,因其所处环境的要求,都会采用各种防腐处理方式对结构进行保护.高强螺栓经防腐处理后,其扭矩系数会发生改变;钢板经防腐处理后,其抗滑移系数也会发生改变.为考察扭矩系数和抗滑移系数的改变,对不同厂家、不同规格、不同防腐处理的高强螺栓及钢板分别进行扭矩系数和抗滑移系数的测试工作.结果表明:高强螺栓经镀锌处理后,扭矩系数平均值和标准差均有一定程度的增加;抗滑移系数的大小则与钢板的防腐处理方式关系密切,富锌涂料处理钢板的抗滑移系数比热浸镀锌处理钢板的抗滑移系数大.

Abstract:Torque coefficient and slip coefficient are two important parameters in the designing of high strength bolts, and their value and usage are both stated explicitly in related specifications. But for the steel structures used in power transmission engineering, many kinds of antieorrosion treatment are adopted to protect the structures because of the bad working environment. After anticorrosion treatment, the torque coefficient of high strength bolts may change and the slip coefficient of steel plates may change too. In order to research the change of torque coefficient and slip coefficient, high strength bolts and steel plates, with different anticorrosion treatment, different size and produced by different manufacturer, were used to conduct the tests work. The results indicate that the average value and standard deviation of torque coefficient may increase in some degree, and the value .of slip coefficient may depend on the anticorrosion treatment mode of steel plates.
